Okay I REALLY Slacked off this past week. But it's a new week and I have put myself in a time out.
I posted new pictures at the bottom and I am really sad to say that I gained weight! Not good! I have been going between 166 and 176 for the past 8 months. But I have renewed my efforts and I am going to finish this out.
So as of today, I weighted in at 170.2. THANK GOODNESS It's going down and I hope to continue it that way.
I have ran outside for the past two days. It was wonderful! Although I need to get a new pair of shoes. I think I am worn mine out. LOL
So my exericse report is 2.23 miles ran walked. It felt so great!

I have actually went back to the gym 2 this week. It's great to finally get back on track. Now if I can just get my eating under control things will be great! But it's going to happen. I have 2 weeks to get some more weight off.
Today I did 32 mintues on the treadmill 2.32 miles 307.8 calories. Rode the bike for 28 mintues, 7.88 miles and 204.8 calories.
I think I am going to start writing on here what I eat. I really need to get back on track of writitng down my food. That is what is killing me!
So here it goes, Hopefully this will make me accountable for what I am putting in my mouth.
Breakfast- Protein Drink 8oz 100 calories
Lunch Protein Drink
Dinner- Salad from mazziso's
Icream cone from braums
milky way candy bar
I can't believe i had the last two items. SO UPSET With my self!

Things haven't been going all that great lately for me. I have been struggling really bad. But I will overcome this. I have to! I WANT TOO!
One of the things that has been on mind lately is this, Why was it so easy to give up soda? One day it was done. Never looked back. Now why can't I do that with sweets, candy, chocolate, ice cream, chips, crackers? Why can't I just let go and never look back?
One day I will find the answer and move on! Right now, I am just putting one foot in front of the other and trying to get over this hill that I have placed in front of me.
