A New Life, A Day at a Time

So....  I am not going to make my goal!  I am SO NOT HAPPY about it but it's totally my fault.  I have enjoyed eating a little too much lately.  I have been struggling for the past few days, so yesterday I put myself in a 72hr timeout.   Which hopefully will be good and get me where I want to be and back on track.  I am thinking maybe it's time to get another fill in my band.  Not quite sure but we will see.  Here is to a New Year and A New Me!
